Known for its vegan donuts, otherwise a normal donut shop. Available Saturday, Sunday, and Wednesday, the vegan donuts have a chewy, custardy texture courtesy of the potato flour that holds them together in lieu of egg. A different beast from true donuts, Panic's vegan items are worthy in their own right, even good enough for non-vegans!
