Current occupant of the high-turnover spot at 1290 University has a few tricks up its sleeve. The Napa Valley burger, wrapped in Napa cabbage in lieu of a bun, is a real winner, and the regular burger is equally good. Just make sure to ask the cooks to finish the burger rare (or maybe medium-rare), since their go-to temp is much too fierce for a delicate patty.
