With all the roasting done in house by Revolution Roasters, Café Ipé boasts exclusive coffee made in small batches right there in Leucadia. The strong, boldly roasted espresso used at Ipé has more in common with old-school Italian cafes than the third wave coffee houses sprouting up in and around San Diego. A loaded pastry case features excellent VG donuts, as well as croissants, Danish, and bagels of all sorts.
