The southernmost branch of a SoCal minichain, this house of waffle sandwiches makes good on the promise of "a new take on The Sandwich." While their eye-catching chicken and waffle sandwich isn't what it should be, the other options on the menu all work fairly well. Perhaps most importantly, the wafflewiches aren't grossly indulgent, and could be eaten more than once before culinary fatigue sets in. Best of all is Bruxie's frozen custard.
