This rustic little specialty shop in the parking lot of an Encinitas nursery does one thing, and does it well: bakes pies. Both sweet and savory selections populate the menu in the usual family size or a smaller individual serving. The menu goes from an eggy breakfast pie to a pie-crusted take on the meatball sub. Of course, a chicken pot pie proves the most popular, with opinions split on the beautiful array of dessert pies.
