Belching Beaver Brewery

Belching Beaver's original brewing location has been upgraded to a taproom with a kitchen, made up to look like an Airstream trailer. Outdoor decorative touches include a living wall, fishing poles, and canvas tents. Casual food includes hot dogs, burgers, wraps, and cheesesteaks.
The beers, which run the gamut from a honey ale and saison to several India pale ales and stouts, have been of better quality than most startups, enough that the company was able to open a second facility — a tasting room in San Diego’s foodie and craft beverage hub, North Park.
