Ed Kornhauser at Fairmont Grand Del Mar

Jazz pianist Ed Kornhauser grew up in Escondido, attending SDSU and receiving a Bachelor of Music in Jazz Studies in 2009. He’s played with local groups such as Soft Limits and retro funk quartet Jucebox, and his solo record The Short Years won Best Jazz Album at the 2021 San Diego Music Awards. Kornhauser is doing a weekly Saturday residency all month in Del Mar.

Little Dove began as a collection of rock songs written by Vanja on guitar and vocals. Upon relocation to L.A., she formed the band and recorded a live album five days after playing their first show at the Viper Room. They’ll play an all-ages show that includes Manganista, who have a new box set to promote, and the Heartbreak Hustlers.
Kinnie Dye at Mission Bay Resort

Singer/songwriter Kinnie Dye grew up in Oklahoma, before spending close to a decade in New York City. After relocating to San Diego, she opened for Jewel and played with her band the Yes Team. Dye is doing a solo residency this month, appearing in Mission Beach on November 11, 19, 25, and 28.

Jazz pianist Adam Wolff grew up in New York State, living in Manhattan during the 1980s and receiving a music degree while performing and teaching in the New York area. Now based in San Diego, he’s become known for putting his take on tunes that are not traditionally thought of as jazz. He’s doing a weekly residency in Coronado through the end of the year.
