Born in Veracruz, Mexico, Irving Flores is an accomplished pianist, composer, arranger and music producer who spent many years playing keyboards with the Gilbert Castellanos New Latin Jazz Quintet. While a teenager, Irving moved to Mexico City, switching to piano and developing as a composer and arranger, going on to record with and produce Estaban Favela, Sacha Boutros, Brad Steinwehe Jazz Orchestra, Arinda Caballero, and Tania Libertad.
