The intersection at Friars Road and Frazee Road have seen all of these business closed: at Hazard Center on the southwest corner — The Smashburger, Yogurtland, and Hot Seat Salon.
Across Frazee Road, on the southeast corner: The Pure Salon and Spa, then right next door to it was the very popular restaurant San Sai – gone.
On the North side of Friars Road in the Northeast corner near the Ralph's market: the Unleashed Pet store and a shoe repair store - gone. Owners and residents alike are hoping for a much better 2021.
