13:08 Enforcement: Reporting person observes 3 people possibly taking abalone from reef at Garbage. Lifeguard investigates, unable to locate.

13:30 Enforcement: Fish & Wildlife, short lobster at 1000 coast Blvd. Lifeguard responding, Fish & Wildlife could not respond. Lifeguards write citation and clear.

14:40 Cliff: Broken ankle and temporary loss of consciousness after a 15’ fall in the lower forth of Box Canyon in the water and mud. Lifeguard units including Cliff Response, emergency and medical units respond. Medical transports to Scripps La Jolla.

09:46 Enforcement: Person exposing himself on beach. Lifeguards respond, unable to locate subject.

10:05 Medical: 911 call, 75 year-old male with seizures on 21 ft. sport fisher, white Trophy boat, one mile off Casa Beach. Lifeguard boat units, emergency and medical units respond. Lifeguard transports patient to reception dock. Medics treat and advise patient.

11:25 Medical: 28 year-old female stingray at Blacks Beach. Lifeguard responds, treats and releases patient.

12:47 Medical: Seizures. Lifeguard, emergency and medical units respond. Medical transports to Sharp Memorial.

14:48 Enforcement: Noise complaint Hyatt fuel dock E-7. Lifeguard boat unit made contact with the vessel Osprey. People are compliant.

12:40 Medical: Tourmaline Call Box caller states that she thinks she was stung by a stingray. Lifeguard assesses and patient advised and will treat at home.

13:34 Boating: Boat US notifies Lifeguard Command Center that the 32’ vessel “Gypsy” has fuel in the bilge. Lifeguard boat units respond to find a small amount of fuel (result of a supply line leak) in bilge. Most of the fuel removed by bilge pump and a 30’ X 30’ gasoline surface sheen is visible. USCG notified and vessel is turned over after proper ventilation and assessment to Boat US for mitigation.

14:25 Medical: Lifeguard requests medics for a 25 year-old patient with an altered level of consciousness. Emergency and medical units respond and transport patient to UCSD.

10:47 Medical: Surfer with loss of consciousness from a leg injury at Ocean Beach. Lifeguard, emergency and medical units respond. Medics transport to Scripps.

12:40 Medical: Difficulty breathing at 3902 Calle Frescotta. Lifeguard, emergency and medical units respond. Medics transport to Scripps.

15:35 Boating: Boat with a dead battery in Sail Bay. Lifeguard boat unit responds. Chase boat from Action Sports sent via request from Lifeguard Command Center.

08:20 Boating: Caller reports sunken vessel CF7477RB at South Shores Boat Launch. Lifeguard boat units respond. SDPD calls Tow truck to remove vessel

11:34 Medical: 911 caller reports stingray victim at Ormond Ct. Lifeguard transports and treats patient at Mission Beach station.

12:13 Medical: 911 caller reports stingray victim at Pismo Ct. Lifeguard transports and treats at Mission Beach station.

13:38 RP on Jet Ski reports possible body in water at Rose Creek Inlet. Lifeguard, SDFD units respond. Turns out to be a shopping cart.

17:01 Medical: Pacific Beach guards request medics for a 23 year-old male with traumatic injuries from a skateboard accident. Patient advised by medics.

18:26 Boating: 911 caller reports diesel fuel being pumped out of the bilge of a 45’ vessel at Driscoll Boat Yard. Possible fuel in the bilge. Lifeguard units respond and shut off fuel supply lines and turn off batteries stopping the flow. Driscoll employee assumes responsibility for situation and lifeguards clear scene.
