08:06 - Boating: Reporting person states she received a call from her boyfriend whose kayak sunk off La Jolla and he was going to swim to shore. La Jolla Shores lifeguards execute a water rescue and a Good Samaritan tows kayak to shore. Rescue responds but victim needs no medical attention.
