- This property is absolutely ideal
- Because of the incredible view.
- The design might be a bit dated,
- But the price is totally appropriate.
- The incredible view of the ocean
- Beyond the easily accessible beach
- Makes the price totally appropriate
- (Even with my modest commission).
- Of course, the beach is not really accessible
- At high tide once or twice every day,
- But my commission, plain and simple, has been
- To find you the very best unit available.
- Believe it or not, once or twice every day,
- Someone from somewhere calls to see
- If this very best unit is still available,
- So you really should consider making an offer.
- Then I can call someone somewhere to see
