Fresh Sound presents a solo cello concert by Ashley Bathgate at Bread & Salt (1955 Julian Avenue) at 7:30 p.m. $15 general admission, $10 students … Jazz Live presents the Katie Thiroux Quartet with Graham Dechter, Roger Neumann, and Matt Witek at the San Diego City College Saville Theatre (14th & C Street) 8 p.m. Free to members $10 general admission.
