Public records indicate the Burma property’s current ownership lies with Burma Bigz Ranch LLC, a group formed in 2014 apparently for the purpose of buying the ranch, which was last sold through an off-market transaction in July of 2014 for a reported $1.8 million. A public records search did not uncover the name of any principals, only a registered agent for the corporation in the Los Angeles suburb of Woodland Hills. A website for the tree-farm operation doesn’t appear to have been updated since some point shortly after the sale.

The property hit the market on July 20 of this year for the first time since 2003, when it was listed as vacant land with a $799,000 asking price but didn’t attract a buyer. The asking price of $10 million remains unchanged to date.
