— HP responded to a burglary call in progress aboard a vessel located at a Shelter Island marina. Upon arrival, Harbor Police located several subjects around the vessel. Two were detained and one took off running. A short foot pursuit ensued with the subject eventually jumping into the water and attempting to hide under a swim step of a vessel. The subject was soon located and taken into custody.
