The group is pushing hard to turn the old main library building on E Street into a “technology, education, and innovation” center, and also wants to cops to beef up their anti-homeless surveillance and related “outreach resources” downtown.
Honcho Kris Michell lobbied Scott Chadwick on that, according to the filing. Michell, a former top aide to GOP ex-mayor Jerry Sanders, also spread a little political wealth, kicking in $250 for city-council candidate Chris Ward.

Democratic city councilman Todd Gloria gave ex-Democratic party chief Jess Durfee two free admissions worth $31 each to Qualcomm Stadium for the university’s September 19 game, according to a November 6 city disclosure report.
