The Dolphin 1/2 day morning run with 19 anglers aboard reported 3 sculpin, 16 rockfish, 50 mackerel, 1 lingcod and 2 calico bass in the sacks. 21 anglers aboard their afternoon 1/2 day run boated 1 whitefish, 10 sculpin, 60 rockfish, and 1 calico bass.
Due to the new requirement for a passport for all anglers entering Mexico and fishing within 12 miles of the coast, the Malihini veered off the beaten path to the Coronados and stayed north of the border on the Nine-Mile Bank for their 3/4 day run with 12 anglers aboard. They returned to the dock with 1 bonito and 12 bluefin tuna.
27 anglers aboard the Premier 1/2 day am run caught 144 rockfish. 22 anglers aboard their afternoon 1/2 day run caught 11 yellowtail, 3 rockfish and 1 lingcod.
The Josie Lynn 1/2 day am run with 5 anglers aboard reported 15 rockfish caught.
6 anglers aboard the Alexes 1/2 day am run boated 10 rockfish.
The New Seaforth 1/2 day morning run with 20 anglers at the rail called in with 13 yellowtail, 2 sculpin, 1 sand bass and 3 rockfish in the sacks. 20 anglers aboard their pm 1/2 day run boated 1 calico bass and 70 yellowtail.
Also out at the Nine-Mile and in US waters, the San Diego 3/4 day run carrying 38 anglers aboard reported 4 yellowtail and 7 bluefin tuna caught.
