July 21 dock report

The Red Rooster III, with 30 anglers aboard, returned from their 4 day trip to Cedros Island with 262 yellowfin tuna, 70 yellowtail and 11 lingcod in the hold.

10 anglers aboard the Pronto 1/2 day am run scored limits of 50 yellowtail.

The Chubasco II 1/2 day am run with 24 anglers at the rail reported 7 yellowtail, 3 sand bass, 2 halibut and 63 calico bass caught.

20 yellowfin tuna and 6 dorado were caught by 4 anglers aboard the Impulse 3/4 day run.

29 anglers aboard the Dolphin 1/2 day am run boated 6 yellowtail, 16 sand bass and 4 calico bass. Their pm 1/2 day run with 29 anglers aboard reported 39 yellowtail, 4 halibut, 6 calico bass and 18 barracuda caught.

The Pacific Queen 1.5 day trip with 29 anglers aboard returned to the dock with 3 yellowtail, 20 yellowfin tuna, 1 skipjack tuna and 1 dorado in the hold.

6 yellowtail, 1 yellowfin tuna and 1 dorado were caught by 9 anglers aboard the Prowler 1.5 day trip.

7 anglers aboard the Alicia 1/2 day am run sacked up 41 rockfish, 4 lingcod and 21 calico bass. 29 calico bass were caught and released.

The Joanna reported 35 rockfish and 2 lingcod caught by 6 anglers aboard their 1/2 day am trip.

25 anglers out on a 2.5 day trip aboard the Legend boated 18 yellowtail, 19 yellowfin tuna, 1 dorado and 8 bluefin tuna.

Just 5 yellowfin tuna and 5 bluefin tuna total for the 9 anglers aboard the Ocean Odyssey 1.5 day trip.

The Ranger 85 1.5 day carrying 14 anglers aboard their 1.5 day trip reported only 2 yellowtail, 1 yellowfin tuna and 5 bluefin tuna caught.

Also slow fishing for the 19 anglers aboard the Old Glory 1 day trip. 7 yellowtail, 3 yellowfin tuna and 4 dorado was the total catch reported.

The Malihini 3/4 day run with 31 anglers at the rail called in with 77 yellowtail, 15 yellowfin tuna and 4 dorado in the gunnysacks.

44 anglers aboard the Premier 1/2 day am run hefted 4 yellowtail, 166 sand bass, 1 halibut and 25 barracuda over the rail. Their pm 1/2 day run carrying 63 anglers aboard returned to the docks with 98 sand bass, 1 halibut and 2 yellowtail in the sacks.

The Electra 1/2 day am run out of Oceanside with 10 anglers aboard reported 12 calico bass and 9 yellowfin tuna caught. Now that's a mix you don't see very often. Calicos and tuna on a 1/2 day.

The fish weren't so cooperative for the 20 anglers aboard the Sea Trek 3/4 day run as only 5 yellowtail were caught.

Not so hot for the Oceanside 95 either, as 28 anglers aboard their 3/4 day run brought 1 yellowtail, 3 yellowfin tuna and 1 dorado to gaff.

The Grande 1.5 day trip carrying 11 anglers reported 33 yellowfin tuna and 17 bluefin tuna caught.

3 anglers aboard the Josie Lynn 3/4 day run posted up 1 dorado, 6 yellowfin tuna and limits of 15 yellowtail.

The Daily Double toted 32 anglers total between their am and pm 1/2 day runs out to the kelp and reported 17 yellowtail, 5 rockfish, 2 halibut, 8 calico bass, 13 sand bass and 14 barracuda caught for both trips.

16 anglers aboard the Mission Belle 3/4 day trip sacked up 12 yellowtail, 1 lingcod, 1 calico bass, 10 bonito and 5 barracuda.

The New Lo-An 1 day trip with 21 anglers aboard returned to the dock with 39 yellowfin tuna and 3 dorado in the hold.

The New Seaforth 1/2 day am run with 58 anglers on deck reported 14 yellowtail, 1 sand bass, 19 calico bass and 1 barracuda caught. Their pm 1/2 day run with 60 anglers aboard reported a total catch of 59 yellowtail and 2 calico bass.

6 anglers aboard the Alexes 1/2 day morning run boated 1 sand bass and 44 calico bass. 30 of the calicos were released.

7 anglers aboard the Voyager 1/2 day am run caught 29 calico bass and 8 yellowtail. All but 1 of the calicos were released.

The Pacific Star 1.5 day run carrying 24 anglers aboard reported 12 yellowtail, 28 yellowfin tuna and 7 dorado caught.

El Gato Dos carrying 3 anglers aboard their 3/4 day run reported 4 dorado, 1 yellowfin tuna and limits of 15 yellowtail caught.

38 anglers aboard the San Diego 3/4 day run put 9 yellowtail, 5 dorado and 34 yellowfin tuna on the deck.

The Pacific Voyager 3 day run with 20 anglers aboard returned to the dock with 7 dorado, 2 bluefin tuna, 53 yellowfin tuna and 109 yellowtail in the hold.

28 anglers on a 1 day run aboard the Aztec boated 23 dorado, 13 yellowfin tuna and 55 yellowtail.

The Tribute 1 day trip with 36 anglers aboard reported 22 yellowfin tuna, 14 dorado and 22 yellowtail caught.
