Another big fish in the books for 2015. Diamond Valley Marina reported that Jesse Mena caught a 4.72-pound redear sunfish on a nightcrawler at Diamond Valley Lake, breaking the previous lake record of 4.48 pounds. That's one big sunfish!

The Dolphin 1/2 day am run with 26 anglers aboard reported 1 sheephead, 6 sculpin, 42 rockfish, 1 lingcod and 2 calico bass caught. Their 1/2 day pm run with 19 anglers aboard called in with 55 rockfish, 1 lingcod and 9 sculpin for the afternoon total.

El Gato Dos, out on a 1/2 day am run with 3 anglers reported 10 calico bass kept and, 15 calico bass released.
19 anglers aboard the Daily Double 1/2 day am run caught 2 sculpin, 42 rockfish, 1 calico bass and 3 sand bass.
The New Seaforth 1/2 day am run with 47 anglers aboard reported 9 ocean whitefish, 6 vermilion rockfish, 2 sheephead, 3 sculpin and 90 rockfish caught. Their pm 1/2 day run with 42 anglers on deck called in with 2 ocean whitefish, 12 vermilion rockfish, 5 sculpin and 12 rockfish in the sacks.
The San Diego ran down to the Coronados on a 3/4 day outing with 54 anglers aboard and reported a final total of 40 yellowtail caught.
