What are the job duties of a Casa Supervisor?

Responsibilities for this position will include overseeing health of the residents, completing weekly shopping lists and shopping, maintaining monthly goal sheets/ shift and overnight reports, ordering supplies for Casa as needed, being the contact person for families, and assisting with training of new staff.

What are you looking for in an ideal candidate?

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, a valid CA driver’s license, at least two years of caregiving experience, [certification,] and an administrator’s license. Communication and leadership skills are a must for the individual to be successful in this position.

What challenges does the job present?

This position is very fast paced and requires the supervisor to form relationships with a variety of people. From the residents to parents to staff, this person needs to build relationships in order to be successful.

How many hours a week does the job offer, and what is the pay?

This new position will pay between $12-15 per hour depending on experience. This is a 40-hour per week position with new promotional opportunities for the right individual.

And what kind of benefits does the job offer?

Noah Homes offers a full benefits package including medical, dental, vision reimbursement, pension plan, 403B, and employee counseling services.
