It's official. After persistent rumors of a 2014 release date, the L.A. Times reports Martin Scorsese's long-awaited The Wolf of Wall Street will open on Christmas Day.

Yesterday, some of the biggest 'Wolfs' in Hollywood history were personally invited by Marty's personal secretary to attend a hush-hush benefit screening of the film at the MACSD's Digital Gym. A scheduling conflict — I had to cover the new Harrison Ford film, Ender's Game — unfortunately kept me from attending.
