For the second year in a row, the Joan and Irwin Jacobs Theatre in Balboa Park's Museum of Photographic Arts will host the San Diego Arab Film Festival.
A total of 15 shorts and features will screen during the three-day showcase, which runs November 15-17.
There will be receptions featuring traditional Arabic appetizers before Friday and Saturday night's main events with a "coffee and reception" Sunday evening at 6 p.m.
Director Jessica Habie will be in attendance for a Q&A on November 15 after the 5 p.m. screening of her film, Mars at Sunrise.
Doors open 30 minutes prior to show times. Admission to all screenings is $12. Arrive on time! No one will be seated once the films hit the screen.
