There is a vast menagerie of infomercials introducing us to new fitness ideas. Some are selling a product some are selling a system.
Of course there is also YouTube for those products and systems that haven’t been picked up yet.

When I watched the YouTube clip I was shocked that comments had been disabled. Who wouldn’t want to comment on this?
I looked at the expanded description and saw that there is a book available and a website at well.
I galloped to the website and was surprised at the quality of the material and the philosophy behind this — uh — behavior?
It appears to be about expressing one’s own sense of self-expression and removing limiting ideas of fitness as work instead of play.
However, gods be good, this is out there.
