The slow process of obtaining business permits is the official reason given for the delays besetting Hodad's Too. Last July was supposed to be the grand opening of the 3000-square-foot downtown location at Tenth and Broadway. Co-owner Mike Hardin is optimistic that the restaurant will open in February.
