A person was reported for using narcotics at a table at the Denny’s restaurant in the 2100 block of Pacific Highway at about 3:50 a.m. on Tuesday, December 15.
An SDPD dispatcher told responding police units that a suspect offered to sell the patron Oxycontin and then began using the pills at a table. The subject was described as a white male in his 30s, 5 feet 4 inches tall, wearing a black cap and dressed in all black clothing.
A police officer on the scene later reported to the dispatcher, “We made contact with the subject, and he has pills wrapped in labels consistent with Oxycontin.”
