San Diego police officer L. Carincross took a vandalism report (#05-006601) on January 30 from Francisco Arementa, whose company, Standing Room Mobile Entertainment, is hired by Moondoggie's in Pacific Beach.
"He parked his vehicle in the lot [of Moondoggie's] at 9:00 p.m. and went inside.... He came back to his vehicle at about 1:50 a.m. and discovered it had been vandalized."
The left-side mirror had been removed, the antenna was broken, both the wiper arms had been broken, the rear license plate was bent in half, and obscenities were written in the dew of the rear windshield. The mobile DJ also found a piece of paper stuck in his rear windshield with a license plate number and a description of the car that was parked next to him, left by an apparent witness.
Estimated damage was $1000.
