At Newbreak, you must shred and be respectful, which means you don't take a wave if there's the slightest chance in hell that some local might catch it. If you're a kook, you're gonna have a board shot at you. Newbreak's inaccessibility works in the locals' favor: you must go to the westernmost building on the Point Loma Nazarene College campus and take a dirt path down the cliffs to the rocky waterline.
