None of the canines are caged. Small ones can choose between sunbathing outdoors or curling up in an indoor room where doggy classics such as Lady and the Tramp and 101 Dalmatians play on the TV set. Big dogs romp in a separate yard cooled by misters on hot days. The tab is $25 a day for "day care" (versus $30 a day to board). For $40 to $60 (depending on the size of the dog), owners can arrange for a "Spa Day" -- a morning of four-footed socializing followed by bathing or grooming in the afternoon.
