Dear Matthew Alice: Why are rolled tacos always served in threes? — D.R., San Diego
It all began with a little-known Aztec ritual. No. Scratch that. It has to do with the mystical significance of the number three. Well, actually, that’s not it either. Did you know, D.R., they’ve actually found fossilized rolled tacos embedded in ancient sandstone? And they always appear in threes. With little side orders of petrified guacamole. Not that I’m trying to avoid your answer.... How about this one: four’s too many and two’s not enough. Buy that? Sounds good to me.
