High-tech lynching fantasy. Sure, Keenen Ivory Wayans was poised to fire a bullet of ice into an industrialist targeted by his covert-ops unit, the Black Sheep. But it wasn't him who shot the First Lady instead. Now everyone in the vicinity is on his tail -- the LAPD, the FBI, the U.S. military (led by Jon Voight, with a telltale Suthun drawl), and at one point even a posse of civilian vigilantes. At that point the action is closer to a Chaplin film than a legitimate chase film, though not close enough. With Jill Hennessy, Paul Sorvino, Eric Roberts, Robert Culp; directed by David Glenn Hogan.
