His Texas Ranger commanding officer admonishes Chuck Norris for not having enough "style" -- an accurate assessment, if not exactly in the way intended, of the shortcomings of Norris's cinematic oeuvre. Hence, he has good reason to take, here, a few pages from the Clint Eastwood stylebook (starting with the Italianate musical score of Francesco De Masi, utilizing a solo whistler, bells, and so on), as well as a few from James Bond. The results are fractionally above Chuck Norris's average. However, the body-count exceeds your fingers and thumbs in the very first scene, and it never stabilizes for long, and you will almost certainly be slap-happy by the time of the final showdown against the former "All-European Karate Champion."
