Eddie Murphy as an ill-defined spiritual guru who falls into wild and unaccountable success as a pitchman on a home-shopping network. It takes almost an hour to get him in front of a TV camera, and he is not a good enough actor to seem anything but a con man. With Jeff Goldblum, Kelly Preston, Robert Loggia, and cameos from the likes of James Brown, Morgan Fairchild, Betty White, Soupy Sales, and Dan Marino; directed by Stephen Herek.
