Another lawyer joke, or litigable libel: casting "supermodel" Cindy Crawford as a Miami civil attorney. (Champion of downtrodden Cubans, she doesn't even know how to pronounce the name Juantorena, though she can pass muster jogging on the beach at sunrise, or during two shower scenes, one sex scene, one on-screen change of top.) A rogue KGB agent, who starts trying to assassinate her before he has any reason to, spends the entire running time tracking her every movement on computer terminals and being foiled in spectacular firefights by one rough-and-ready cop ("Fuck finesse!"). With William Baldwin, Steven Berkoff; directed by Andrew Sipes. (1995) — Duncan Shepherd
