Ages 8-12. Children will improve strength, flexibility, and coordination. They will learn how to focus and to work through emotions by practicing breathing and relaxation techniques. Tweens will learn self-respect and respect for others while practicing fun and challenging poses, partner poses, and beginning meditation techniques. Mats are available or bring your own if you have one. $40 per month, four classes each month. First class is free. Inspire Charter School approved vendor.
