Three of Life Yoga is excited to share park yoga with you every Saturday morning. The weekly donation-based classes focus on meditative movement and breath work and will be taught by the three souls behind Three of Life. Three certified yoga teachers means more personalized hands-on assists and adjustments lots of love in savasana! Extra mats available on a first-come basis.
