The Hebrew Scriptures: A Deeper Look with Rev. Kathleen Owens. Over the course of three weeks, this class will explore major stories within each division of the Hebrew Scriptures, the Torah, the Prophets, and the Writings. We will read the story/stories for the story’s sake, learn the socio-political history around the story, and then read the story again for its wisdom/spiritual teaching. Thursdays, Oct. 13 through Oct. 27, 6:30 pm.
