The Knights of the Round Table fret about a missing Holy Grail: how could an all-knowing almighty "misplace a cup"? Imagine someone saying this to Richard Burton in Camelot and you get the gist of Monty Python and the Holy Grail and Eric Idle's musical adaptation, which spoof Camelot and things Broadway (especially Andrew Lloyd Webber). Premiere Productions is offering an often quite funny through rough-around-the-edges rendition. Not all vocalists measure up, but it catches the goofy-satirical spirit of the original, thanks to the efforts of Bob Himlin (Arthur), Mitzi Michaels (Lady of the Lake), Shirley Johnson's choreography, and spot-on, Python costumes constructed by co-director Randall Hickman.
