Based on a French film that also inspired The Birdcage, the show is full of glitz, glamour, and a lot of heart. David Engel plays Albin with his best performance to date, And Robert J. Townsend is the perfect actor to play Georges, giving the show's father figure a debonair swagger without losing a moment of tenderness. Critic's Pick.
