The Southwestern Artists’ Association is proud to present “Perceptions”, an art exhibit featuring San Diego artists Margaret Rangel, Arlene James, and Carole Mathios . The exhibit runs from May 16-31th, 2018 in the Southwestern Artists Association gallery located in Gallery 23, Spanish Village Art Center, Balboa Park. The gallery is open from 10-4 pm daily.
