The Southwestern Artists’ Association is proud to present “People and Places” an art exhibit featuring San Diego artists Shinja Scheidnes, Sharon Thomas, and Deanne Tiffany. The exhibit runs from Aug 1-15th, 2018 in the Southwestern Artists Association gallery located in Gallery 23, Spanish Village Art Center, Balboa Park. The gallery is open from 10-4:30 pm daily.
