Our staff has worked hard to continue to bring the history of the Gaslamp Quarter to you at home and we are very excited to unveil our newest exhibit: William Heath Davis and the Building of New Town now live online. The exhibit will explore the details of one of the original Founders of "New Town," William Heath Davis Jr. Learn about his royal heritage, his adventures at sea, his connections with Old Town San Diego, and possible secret wife. The exhibit will also take a look into early life in New Town and the events that began downtown San Diego as we know it today. You can view the exhibit for free online.
