A crowd-pleaser that dabbles with button-pushing issues -- immigration, in particular --and ends up trivializing them..Disagreement about a longstanding fence line, between two upscale houses, becomes a border war. The cast, well-directed by Edward Torres, works at a crisp tempo. But the production begins as an intriguing, toe-to-toe comedy, unravels into farce, devolvesinto slapstick silliness, followed by an unnbelievably joyous ending. No sitcom wouldventure this far into Never-neverland.
