Elizabeth Irwin's comedy-drama takes a behind-the-scenes look at workers either ignored or yelled at the instant they make a mistake. A self-proclaimed all-star team of busboys at swanky New York restaurant function like pros, yet get paid less than a living wage. Director Delicia Turner Sonnenberg orchestrates their movements -- hauling plates, bursting through the double doors of Brian Redfern's superrealistic set -- with choreographic precision. Though the characters as much asociological pattern as they are individuals, a game cast (Eldred Utomi, Jorge E. Rodriguez, Spencer Smith, and Jose Martinez) flesh them out. Worth a try.
