Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction
8 week Workshop Lead by Lisette Atala and Sofia Puerta Webber. Learn the very effective methods of reducing stress through meditation, gentle movement and self-kindness. The 8 week course follows the same well respected methods taught at The Center for Mindfulness at UCSD and the methodology developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn, PhD. This workshop is an inner exploration to discover the potential we have when we learn to use gentle movement, meditation and self inquiry which can alleviate stress, anxiety, depression and pain. This is a journey to embark on to explore a new way of looking at yourself with self compassion, kindness and gratitude.
