For the sixth year, the Veterinary Specialty Hospital is asking San Diego residents to help by donating pet food to its annual Holiday Pet Food Drive. All dog and cat pet food items will be donated to the San Diego Food Bank to be distributed to a dozen local nonprofit partners including local soup kitchens, shelters, food pantries, rehabilitation centers, low-income day care centers, and disability programs to benefit San Diego families and their four-legged friends. Donations can be dropped off in the lobby of the North County or San Diego Veterinary Specialty Hospital locations. Collected from November 27 through January 5.
