The County of San Diego offers free workshops for individuals dealing with chronic conditions and the symptoms associated with them. Healthier Living with Chronic Conditions is a workshop sponsored by the County’s Aging & Independence Services. Classes are offered all over the County of San Diego. They are held once a week for six consecutive weeks. For this workshop location a DOD ID is required. Call 858-495-5500 for information on additional workshops where a DOD ID is not required.
