The County of San Diego offers free workshops for individuals dealing with chronic conditions and the symptoms associated with them. Healthier Living with Chronic Conditions is a workshop sponsored by the County’s Aging & Independence Services in English and Spanish. Classes are offered all over the County of San Diego.
