Tuesday Evenings (ongoing) Next 6 week Session begins Tuesday, July 31, 2018 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm Learn about painting materials, contemporary styles, blending paint, contrast, sketching, the underpainting and basic color theory. Students will also study oil painting exercises that cover color and form, distance and texture, basic forms and color value scale through painting from photos. This 6-week class will move at each individual student’s pace and skill. By the end of the course, the student will have a basic understanding of oil painting and will be ready to move on the next step in the joy of painting.
