Chakradance is a dance practice for body and soul. Come experience a spontaneous dance practice that combines meditation and guided visualization to activate and balance your body’s seven primary energy centers. Suitable for all ages and body types. Chakradance guides you through: An opening meditation to calm the mind and energize the body in preparation for the dance, seven specific dances through the rainbow system beginning with the base chakra (the key to our instincts) all the up to the crown chakra (the key to our spirituality), a mandala-making exercise for intuitive expression, followed by a closing integrative meditation to immerse you in reflection and healing with Kayla.
