Local youth ages 11-14 will have a unique opportunity to participate in a series of interactive science education labs taught by a nationally recognized STEM educator, Dr. Shawn Carlson Ph.D.
Lab experiments include demonstrating the difference between coherence versus adherence and observing the stickiness of different liquids and other molecules. In addition, experiments using dry will also be featured. LabRats San Diego, an Encinitas based non-profit, hosts this eight-week program held each Wednesday.
